1. Your Complete Satisfaction
LA DIOSA strives for your complete satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product purchase, you are entitled to return the items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The goods returned must be unused, and in their original condition and packaging. All limited edition pieces are non-refundable. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Online Shopping
We have strived to ensure that the photographic representation and description of each product are accurate. In many cases La Diosa Ltd uses semi-precious stones which were mined by hand and shaped individually by skilled artisans therefore the colour and texture will vary from stone to stone.
La Diosa designers are extensively travelled and have personally sourced many of these stones from around the world to ensure that every stone is the closest representation of the image as possible. There might be small but subtle differences, partially due to the variations between computers and monitors.
3. Your Order
Shortly after you have placed an order with us, an "order confirmation" emaIl will be sent directly to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. Emails may be sent to your junk mail and therefore should be checked. Should you not receive an acknowledgement within 3 business days, please contact us at

LA DiOSA must receive payment in full for your order before it can be dispatched. Once your credit card has been authorized and stock is checked, LA DiOSA will send your order. Ensure you view shipping details before you place your order. Allow up to 5-10 working days after your order is placed to recieve your order. A non-refundable deposit must be obtained before commencing production for all bespoke items.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payment by PayPal & NOCHEX. Both accept payments from all major credit cards.
All finiancial information taken from LA DiOSA customers are not stored in any way. We take reasonable care to make our website secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using secure online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.
5. Returning or Exchanging an Order
This return or exchange procedure only applies to goods purchased from this website.
By law, customers are entitled to cancel their order within 7 working days of delivery; an unwanted order may be returned for a refund or exchanged, provided the goods are unused and returned in it's original condition and packaging. All limited edition or bespoke items are non-refundable. Goods must be returned to: LA DiOSA, 86 Paul St, Lonon EC2A 4NE. Exchanges and refunds can be made within 7 days of delivery.
To make a return or exchange please contact us at email@example.com or call us at +44 (0) 203 322 1739. You will need your original credit card details and we will need to speak to the person who bought the item. If you email us, please include a telephone number for us to reach you.
A prompt refund will be issued if the item received is unused, in its original condition and includes all the above information. LA DiOSA will credit the card used for the original purchase at the original price. Additional bespoke fees are non-refundable.
Please be aware that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
