We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. LA DIOSA is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. All orders require a signature upon receipt and we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All items will come beautifully wrapped in branded packing, there is no extra cost for this special service.

All products are guaranteed for 1 year, this includes the plating on all jewellery. We will repair any goods that are damaged within this time free of charge, only if damages occur under normal conditions of wear. We cannot be responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misuse. All other goods will be repaired and charged on a relative basis depending on the case.
